1. Office review

We help you assess the profitability of your office and identify areas with opportunities for improvement.

2. Patient Care Logger

We provide a software timer to integrate into your EMR (and any other patient-supporting software) and a recording mechanism to track the time spent on services so you can bill for them.  This can be used to support billing for Chronic Care Management (CCM).

3. Outsource non-patient-facing tasks

You can outsource your non-patient facing activities to our credentialed staff. We will precisely track the time spent on each task in order to maximize chronic care billing and allow your staff to focus on patient care.

4. Electronic forms

We can replace paper forms with electronic versions, thus removing the need to manage consent forms, and screenings.

5. Maximize legitimate billing

We will ensure that you bill for every eligible service provided to your patients. If your EMR supports it, our staff can even enter the bills for you electronically.
